People
We all recognise that the world is becoming more complex, so we look for people with a combination of two things: fierce willpower and genuine humility, then sort those to find the ones who are comfortable with high levels of complexity, ambiguity and change. Problems can’t be solved by the same level of thinking that created them, so we search for people with unique perspectives, backgrounds, cultural fluencies, artistic aptitudes, training, and experience. Diversity isn’t just a strength, it’s a requirement.
